Device Requirements and Compatibility
Our Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. Securing Your Account After Installation

Common Installation and Access Issues
Android app won't install: Check that "Install from unknown sources" is enabled in your phone's security settings. If it remains disabled, you will not be able to complete the APK install. On some Samsung or Huawei phones, this setting is under "Apps" → "Special access" rather than "Security."
iOS web app is slow or freezes: Clear your Safari cache and cookies, then reload binggo88.id. If slowness persists, try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Brave). Some older iPhone models may struggle with multi-camera live-dealer streams; switching to single-camera games (Dragon Tiger, Baccarat) may improve performance.
Cannot log in after installation: Verify your email address was confirmed—check your email inbox and spam folder for the verification link. If you did not receive it, go to the Member login page and use "Forgot email?" to resend. Also ensure you are using your registered username or email, not a nickname or old username.
Payment deposit fails: If your e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer does not complete, check that your payment app (local payment, online payment, etc.) has sufficient funds and is not in maintenance mode. Data Usage, Permissions, and Account Privacy
Our Android app requests only the permissions it needs: camera (for optional video-call support), location (for payment processor verification), and storage (to cache your login session and game history). We do not request access to your contacts, SMS, or call log. All data sent between your phone and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. When you close the app, your session remains active for 24 hours; after that, you must log in again. Clearing your app cache or logging out explicitly terminates your session immediately. We store your Paito Harian (daily activity log) in your account indefinitely, but you can request deletion of older records via our privacy request form. Your KYC documents and bank details are stored separately from your login credentials; if one system is breached, the other remains protected.
